Please note we will be closed for staff training to support migration to the new Telephone system and that Practice telephone lines will be unavailable on Tuesday 21st July 2020, between 8.00am and 12noon

In addition due to essential work to support our new Telephone system Go Live date on Wednesday 22nd July 2020, the Practice telephone lines will be unavailable for 2 hours between 8.00am – 10.00am

If you require medical assistance between these times that cannot wait until we reopen on either of these days, please contact Mastercall on 0161 476 2299.

The phone lines will be open as normal on the 21st July & 22nd July from 12 noon and 10.00am respectively

The main reception doors will remain open for patients who have been asked to attend for a face to face appointment only.

Some of the benefits of the new Telephone System: are:

  • Call queuing
  • Unlimited phone lines, so no more engaged tones
  • Call back option – so if you’re a long way in the queue, reception will ring you
  • Option to bypass the reception team to the right team
  • Calls will be recorded
  • Mobile phone back-ups in case the phone lines go down

Please be patient with us on the day, Practice staff will be receiving training the day before “Go Live”, so this is new to us as well!
